Product Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading product lifecycle and implementation initiatives for our Charter linear video content and channel lineups. This role will focus on supporting the product implementation operations for QAM and IP linear video content. In collaboration with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Engineering, the Product Manager will execute approved plans to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Deeply understands industry best practices in product implementation processes specific to the cable or telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
Assists in research, change template creation, JIRA and other ticket creation and the tracking of items through to completed status.
Supports the development and communication of programming change strategies dependent on variable inputs and completion by other teams to ensure compliance and successful business objectives.
Works with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders and key market areas on implementing strategy.
Will lead integration of linear IP implementation processes with the existing linear QAM programming change ecosystem.
Ensures communication with all stakeholders is being managed effectively.

Education
BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization

The pay for this position has a salary range of $73,100.00 to $116,700.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
