What You’ll Do:

  • Develop expertise and identify new opportunities to improve Apostrophe’s Salesforce implementation and integration across our ecosystem, which enables sales, marketing, support, client onboarding, eligibility management, and provider data management
  • Collaborate with other product managers to identify opportunities to improve user experience and analytical opportunities using this underlying data
  • Formally define product features, then implement frontend and backend business rules with software engineering
  • Work with team members in Technical Operations and Provider Services to evolve business processes to deliver best-in-class administration
  • Be a cheerleader for Apostrophe and its product both inside and outside our office
  • This position reports directly to the Director of Product

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of product or business analyst experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and Communities
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketplace ecosystem and how they map to different business needs
  • Strong understanding of complex data or systems and how they should be implemented and/or integrated with Salesforce
  • Self-starter that loves building process flows, managing details, and running towards the fire
  • Experience developing and managing formal requirements in a collaborative agile team environment
  • Excellent presence; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Upbeat, passionate, and unparalleled customer focus

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator)
  • Limited data programming and SQL
  • Understanding of insurance or healthcare data
  • Use of behavior-driven development practices
