Position Description

The Product Manager at Conga is responsible for the product direction, planning, execution, and launch of product releases. Conga thrives on solving our Customers’ business problems and creating raving fans in the process. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design products that our customers and their customers love. Primary Responsibilities:

Own the research, action plans, adoption plans, and results for your products. How you will contribute:

  • Map business ideas and use cases into product requirements and roadmap, set goals, determine priorities, and track deliverables
  • Create solutions to problems with our products while always focusing on the best user experience and also balancing company goals, product cohesion, and ease of implementation
  • Drive user research, wireframing, and incorporating user feedback into the product
  • Act as a leader across all stages of the product development process from concept, ideation, planning, implementation, release, launch, and iterations
  • Work autonomously in a distributed team with product managers, UI/UX designers, and software engineers to prioritize and build new product capabilities
  • Work closely with the customer success team on the customer journey, from onboarding to user engagement to customer expansions
  • Create Implement key product metrics and track performance against targets such as product adoption
  • Collect and organize feedback from internal and external stakeholders using surveys, interviews, groups, usability testing (to name a few)
  • Act as the Product Owner in the agile processes, own the product definition and refinement process, describe the problem, draft user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Be a subject matter expert on the product and the business

Competencies

  • Two to five years of experience as a Product Manager developing high quality, performant, and maintainable products and processes
  • Strong listening and curiosity behaviors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including vocabulary, spelling, composition, and grammar
  • Technical aptitude to understand and convey in original written and oral communications with multiple audiences, including development, quality assurance, and customer success
  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of experience in building B2B SAS products from concept to post-launch
  • Demonstrable background in B2B SaaS products and markets
  • Experience in building API and integrations
  • Familiarity with building ML based products
  • Graduate degree
