We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Denver, CO based team.If you have a passion to innovate, an entrepreneur who likes working backward from the customer and tackling complex ambiguous problems, this is the role for you. Work in the areas of sportsbook and casino to build and power best-in-class promotions and player rewards experience for native app and web experiences. This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact. In this role, you will work with a high-visibility, top-notch team of pros across multiple teams and disciplines to define, deliver, and streamline global standards.
You will help will drive strategy, execution, and management of our Promotions, Bonusing and Rewards platform to provide value for our customers and maximize customer value. You will directly contribute to the growth of our business by enabling operational rigor in the day-to-day functions of Product and other cross-functional teams. You will ensure that our technology systems work together seamlessly; our money is spent wisely and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Create, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap for our sportsbook and casino to provide the best consumer experience with a focus on promotions, bonusing, rewards and cross-product experiences.
  • Be accountable for discovering new products based on data, customer research and competitive analysis that appeal to sports and casino bettors. Work closely with key internal stakeholders - operations, design, research, and analytics to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Ensure that sports and casino bettors have a flawless experience when using our native apps and web experiences. Deliver best-in-class promotional, reward and multi-product experiences.
  • Own a clear set of KPIs and responsible for delivering against those outcomes on your roadmap.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery Management teams to own the product development lifecycle related to your KPIs. Balance technical complexity against user value and business outcomes to prioritize and deliver efficiently. Build experiences that incentivize and reward sportsbook and casino betters and extend customer lifetime value with emphasis on reliability, stability, scale and automation, while generating positive KPI growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider product team across the sportsbook and casino consumer front end, player account management team and other verticals to ensure we solve user pain points and build best-in-class promotional and player reward experiences.


SKILLS WE SEEK

  • Minimum of 5+ years working experience within product management, including experience and expertise developing product strategy and roadmaps
  • Ability to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done processes
  • Significant focus on building products for sports fans or at a market leading digital consumer product company with millions of users
  • A self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Exceptional analysis skills
  • Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen
  • A passion for sports and deep understanding of the sports-betting, marketing, and sports technology
  • Interest in or experience with the real-money gaming industry
  • Drives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goals
  • Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change
