We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Payments to join our Denver, CO based team.As Product Manager, Payments you will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Must have a strong passion for payments, understand ecommerce, app economy, payments and ongoing financial services evolution.
  • Create the product vision, translate it into product strategy, and convey that strategy in the form of executable product requirements
  • Technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, and engagement with other product managers
  • Simplify complex concepts, articulate, and explain your thoughts effectively, and ask questions to gain deeper insights
  • Strategic thinker who excels at defining product roadmaps and hashing out new features/product enhancements
  • Drive the design, build, and delivery of payment products and journeys
  • Work closely with business partners and technology teams to gather document requirements and create user stories for building new products and enhancing existing products
  • Coordinate the delivery of these product capabilities and product updates to the users and internal teams
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, users, customers, stakeholders, etc.
  • You will build, experiment, and iterate on features that will be translated into product enhancements
  • Work to intimately understand the jobs-to-be-done by our customers and translate that knowledge into prioritization of tasks.
  • Clearly articulate how chosen solutions align with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs.
  • Work efficiently with teams across different geographical regions and time zones
  • Integration of the payment hubs with core banking systems, fraud and risk systems, sanctions screening, and money movement rails (TCH, FedNow etc.,)


SKILLS WE SEEK

  • Minimum of 5+ years working experience within product management, including experience and expertise developing product strategy and roadmaps
  • Knowledge in core payment processing modules like transaction processing, parsing, validations, rule engines, charges, account postings, settlement, payment routing, message formatters, and status messages
  • Knowledge of Real Time Payments messaging formats and architecture
  • Ability to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done processes
  • Extensive product/program development, implementation and strategic analysis experience within a matrixed environment
  • Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within financial services or other direct to consumer industries
  • A self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Exceptional analysis skills
  • Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen
  • Drives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goals
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change

The 17,000 square foot PointsBet office located in the LoDo area of downtown Denver balances Scandinavian design with inspiration from the many sports that help power the PointsBet product. Our offices are conveniently located within a short walking distance from Union Station.
