Product Manager, Fraud
US REMOTE / PRODUCT SECURITY /FULL-TIME
Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive our strategic product and technology vision for fraud detection and prevention at Zoom
  • Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap through close collaboration with Leadership, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Design and Engineering.
  • Respond and adapt the system to counter the rapidly evolving fraud attack vectors that Zoom is seeing
  • Select and work with vendors to augment our analytics and defenses for fraud
  • Guide and interface closely with data science, operations and engineering teams to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and define new opportunities
  • Oversee the development and management of real-time systems and models to combat systematic fraud.
  • Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring and evaluation capabilities for product performance, tracking, and to create product insights.
  • Communicate and report overall status, primary metrics, essential fraud issues and solution plans and readiness timelines to senior management and executives.
  • Establish business cases and projected return on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Business Leaders to manage the impact to profitability of the overall business
  • Educating internal and external stakeholders on Fraud risks and risk management and mitigation strategies.


Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in risk or fraud management
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization
  • Experience working as a product manager for an enterprise or consumer SaaS company
  • Experience in building and deploying ML models and classifiers
