Product Manager - Arrowsphere
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building a product that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out a product that supports the company’s vision and strategy.
What you will be doing
- Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with IT, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer goals are met.
- Act as a leader within the company to define the market-based product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Work with suppliers to assess partnerships and onboarding opportunities.
- Build external strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Be an expert with respect competition capabilities. Understand the breadth of the market.
- Deliver a quarterly revenue forecast
- Develop sales tools and collateral
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Brief and train the sales and operations teams
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and influence product capabilities and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with IT and development teams to deliver product/platform functionality
- Evaluate marketing plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

● Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
