PaySimple is seeking an experienced Product Manager with SAAS experience to define and execute product delivery.

As a Product Manager you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process. You will work cross functionally to ensure that the product is engaging, easy-to-use, intuitive, and meets the needs of our customers. You will own specific areas of the product roadmap and be responsible for developing feature sets and managing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development priorities.
• Understand and advocate for the user experiences of our customers.
• Know our customers, their challenges, and how they deal with those challenges today.
• Gather business requirements and develop use cases.
• Writing detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing to define KPIs and go-to-market plan.
• Analyze and report on product performance.
• Manage products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
• Create and deliver product training to enable sales and support teams.

 
Required Experience:

• BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
• 3+ years' experience in web / mobile product management.
• Proven track record for taking ideas from start to finish.
• A passion for creating highly engaging web and mobile products.
• Comfort with an iterative design and development process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism.

Highly desired background:

• Proven record building and optimizing features for SAAS products.
• Experience with APIs and third party integrations.
• Deep understanding of payment processing and payments industry.
• Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of service-based businesses.
