Product Management Operations Analyst - Remote
The Product Management Operations Analyst will be responsible for facilitating and improving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) analytics, processes, and tools. They will serve as a cross-functional liaison between Product Mgmt, Development, Marketing and Leadership to identify and solution operational and tooling challenges to a holistic, agile product management workflow.The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-starter individual who enjoys leading and facilitating cross functional collaborations. One who is passionate about transforming tools and practices, organized and detail oriented, yet thrives in an ambiguous environment. This role requires a strong communicator across all levels, with the ability to translate both technical and business requirements into tools, efficient practices, and meaningful insights.This role will provide the chosen individual with exceptional exposure to various aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and experience working with numerous roles and ranks. The breadth of the role can serve as a unique springboard into a variety of positions in Product Management, Dev Ops, Agile software development, Project Management and Product Operations. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the evolution of Aha! product management tool to drive insights, reduce overhead, and increase operational efficiencies for product and domain teams.
- Onboard and provide continuous coaching and support to Aha! and other Product Management Operation tools, repositories, and procedures. A motivated individual will have the opportunity to grow this role and own tools and programs end to end.
- Partner with development to improve the integration between Aha! and Jira to facilitate a seamless handoff between product planning and execution, and drive tool efficiencies.
- Produce reports and presentations for leadership to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in roadmap presentment to emphasize customer value and progress towards goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and action enhancement requests for Product Management Operations practices and tools.
- Promotes an environment of accountability and operational excellence within Product Delivery
- In conjunction with the Senior Product Management Operations Manager, partner with Marketing to incorporate GTM practices into the PLM process and tools.
Key Competencies
- Skilled in distilling complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, with an aptitude to work at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable leading change and cross-functional projects without given authority, among different teams and more senior roles
- Solid understanding of product information tools and data structures with curiosity and appreciation for integrations and customization
- Ability to work on multiple complex programs and/or problems simultaneously and navigate effectively/creatively through roadblocks in a professional, diplomatic manner
- Stellar communication skills - written, in person and presentation abilities; ability to communicate to both business and technical audiences
- Ability to establish priorities around tasks and requests of Product Operations
- Strong change management skills
Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- 2+ years' experience with either Aha! or Jira (both is a big plus!), or similar experience in other product management or product development tools
- Exposure to Agile workflows
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business or a technology-related field
- Aha! or Jira certification or other relevant product management and development tools and methodologies
- Experience working within an Agile methodology, such as SAFe
- Agile training or certifications
- Relevant experience working with Product Management, Product Development, and Marketing teams
- Experience working within an OKR driven environment or with WorkBoard
- Experience with SaaS delivered applications and business models
Estimated Salary range for this position: $69,300 - $96,600The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
