We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our team! As a Product Management Intern at Cloud Elements, you will work with talented product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver new products. We need someone detail-oriented and passionate about learning software development.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with product management tool configuration (Jira, Github, etc.).

• Become an expert on our product in order to provide insights on the future of our product.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to groom a product roadmap that is 2-3 releases out.

• Create spreadsheets and decks that help stakeholders internally understand the direction of our product.

• Create hypotheses and propose experiments to improve key metrics.

• Create user guides and alerts to help guide visitors of our product.

• Provide input on product constraints such as quality level, resource negotiation, managing workload, and setting schedules.

What we would like you to have:

• Current undergraduate studying business, design, computer science, or equivalent major.

• Ability to articulate the role of product management in software development.

• Self-starter. Can work on a project without needing too much direction.

• Great sense of humor, humble and driven!
