Role Overview

DispatchHealth is revolutionizing the healthcare experience by applying a unique approach focused on the “Quadruple Aim”: better patient experience, better provider experience, lower costs, and better health outcomes.

Within DispatchHealth, the Data Analytics org combines a deep understanding of the business with analytical and technical capabilities to deliver insights and power data-driven decision making. This team is expected to identify the right areas to focus on and quickly enhance the quality of decision making in those areas.

The Product Analyst role sits within the Data Analytics org and is held by structured thinkers with the technical skills to decipher data and the communication skills to deliver insights effectively to product teams. They are curious self-starters that understand the business and leverage SQL, Python, etc. to execute data analyses that identify opportunities, inform product prioritization, and track feature performance and impact. The role has high-impact and high-visibility potential, and performance is based on delivered impact. Role Responsibilities

  • Own analytics for a portion of the product and advance performance by designing and developing metrics / reports / analyses / dashboards and driving insights and actions through effective communication and cross-functional partnership
  • Identify areas of opportunity and conduct deep-dive data analyses that result in high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Partner with others to strengthen – both in terms of approach and execution – decision-making as it relates to high-priority focus areas
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to inform data infrastructure and unlock data needed to power reports, analyses, etc.

Role Qualifications

  • Innate curiosity and business sense
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Collaboration skills to effectively partner with teams throughout the business
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill - both in writing and verbally - complex data sets into simple and digestible takeaways for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 4+ years of experience in roles where Analytics is the core skill
  • 3+ years of experience BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI (experience with Looker is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience writing and debugging complex SQL queries
  • 3+ years of experience working with relational databases

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $90,000 - $130,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
