This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your Role at Visible

You’ll be partnering closely with design, technology, and other product teams to create memorable and delightful experiences for customers who engage with an innovative product.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Principal to lead product development of key features in our product roadmap, drive key business metrics, and develop requirements for innovative technologies that align with our mission. As a successful candidate, you will have experience managing complex businesses, solving technical challenges, and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across software engineering, logistics, product management, legal, finance, and core retail businesses. You should be comfortable with an extremely high degree of ambiguity, can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders, and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. You will tackle novel situations every day and contribute your product expertise to create surprising and delightful experiences that customer grow loyalty and trust.

Basic Qualifications:
 

• 8+ years of experience owning and driving complex, end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams in different organizations

• Ability to earn trust of the engineers as well as product teams and stakeholders

• Ability to investigate problems at hand, dive deep into the root cause, and find systematic gaps while supporting conclusions with analytical data

• A strong bias for experimentation that inspires team members to build, learn, iterate and discover real customers’ jobs-to-be-done.

 • Ability to monitor and learn from business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable product recommendations, and share trade-offs for those recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to succinctly tell your product’s story, are a must

• Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Bias for action; willing and able to experiment, learn quickly and move your product features forward, sharing insights and impact from them across teams and with company executives.

• Loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers

• Strong Product Management background – experience owning and delivering end-to-end solutions and experiences, ability to product and program manage business work streams and have experience executing with a high bar within compressed timelines.
