What You Will Be Doing:

• Defining the vision and strategy for the future of our hosted product
• Building and presenting customer facing roadmaps to create customer rapport and confidence in product direction
• Communicating vision, strategy, and roadmaps to executives, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the full value stream is meaningfully connected regarding our hosted product
• Collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, and UX to identify the best possible approach and delivery for our solution
• Organizing, motivating, and collaborating with a terrific delivery team around solving our customers' challenges
• Creating customer empathy and market intelligence for hosted solutions across our team
• Investigating new technologies or approaches to increase security, expedite delivery, and generally improve our overall product approach
• Informing and advising our SaaS product approach through knowledge sharing and consultative approach
• Traveling to meet with customers, analysts, internal stakeholders and prospects

• You understand SaaS security such as data encryption, cloud security controls, and Cloud Access Security Brokers.
• You are an excellent presenter and have impressive communication skills; you are comfortable with varied audiences such as customers, sales, executive leadership, and beyond.
