Fanatics needs you! You are a seasoned Principal Product Manager who is

passionate about privacy, security and protecting customer data. You are able to

understand the nuance of existing and emerging privacy regulations and translate

that into platform requirements that are flexible, scalable and auditable. You are a

critical partner to enable delivering world class experiences to fans while protecting

their data. You have demonstratable experience driving cross functional teams that

extend beyond technology (legal, marketing, customer service) defining solutions,

coordinating dependencies and delivering. Sound like a good fit? We’d love to have

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business management, product management, engineering, architecture and design to document user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Security and Architecture on how we bring best practices to the beginning of the product development cycle
  • Data centric and analytical approach to improving security and privacy throughout our tech organization
  • Prioritizing your product and team’s backlog of work
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities
  • Managing cross functional requirements and dependencies
  • Participate in sprint planning and other agile meetings
  • Scoping features and enhancements with development teams
  • Drive product strategy discussions
  • Evangelizing security, privacy and your team’s work

Qualifications:

  • 9+ Years of product management/ownership experience
  • Experience managing compliance and global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA or HIPAA
  • Strong track record of delivery in prior roles that deliver material benefit
  • Scrum or Agile Product Owner experience
  • Experience with mobile, data or marketing is a big plus
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • MBA or equivalent work experience
