About the Team:
The JumpCloud Devices Group mission is to ensure any device an employee uses is protected and productive for work with little fuss or friction. From a laptop (Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS) to an Android (or iOS) mobile device, JumpCloud’s mobility platform provides zero-touch device onboarding, password-less experiences and seamless access to applications for employees; and through device compliance and fleet reporting, give administrators piece-of-mind in today’s threat-laden environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the lead of the Android device group, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for integrating the world’s largest device OS into the JumpCloud mobility platform. You will also be the company’s go-to expert for topics ranging across the Google and OEM ecosystem, from upcoming innovations, OS releases and Chrome OS.
You will also be the voice of the customer and compass to the development, user experience and product marketing teams whom you will collaborate with to deliver best-in-class solutions to drive the JumpCloud business. In this role you will need a keen eye for great experiences, intimate knowledge of the device lifecycle and be on top of security trends, including zero trust. You will work closely with the Identity and Data Insights product teams to define the JumpCloud platform vision.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Past experience delivering software solutions for Android-based device fleets
- Vision - you are the voice of the customer and build differentiated roadmaps

- Passion -- a belief your work matters, your perspective matters
- Operator -- you know agile development cold and can lead many teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience with Android Enterprise, enterprise mobility and Android development
- Working knowledge of BYOD / MDM / UEM platforms such as VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch, Mobile Iron, Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360 or equivalent
- Familiarity with the endpoint protection market (MTD, EDR, CASBY, Zero Trust)
- Experience working with various Android OEM device vendors and knowledge of the Google enterprise solution stack (AE, Managed Google Play, Google Workspace, Chrome OS)
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $175,000-$240,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides a comprehensive benefits package, with several medical plans to choose from including a high deductible HSA plan with employer contribution, two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), employee assistance program (EAP), short- and long-term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan with match. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First. All of our roles are remote. If a role requires you to be in a certain location or country, that will be clearly stated in the job description. All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote, work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
