Overview

The RemoteLock Partner Integration Manager supports our integration partners as they develop apps that integrate with RL software. You will be involved in helping us onboard their developers with training around our APIs and platform.  You will manage the integration projects and ensure they have what is needed to complete on time.  This includes support for our ground breaking Lock Connector SDK which simplifies the work required to integrate a smart lock onto our access control platform. You will blend your technical support skills with your project management experience to ensure our partners have a great experience working with RemoteLock.

You will also work closely with our product owners and internal developers to translate feedback into tickets in Jira.  And you will be part of the team drafting the documentation and other supporting documents. The ultimate goal is to make integrating with our software an excellent experience for our developer partners.

RemoteLock is leading the Access Control industry by offering the most integrations with smart locks (e.g. Allegion, dormakaba, Salto, Schlage) and other platforms (e.g. AirBnB and Entrata).  You will be at the center of the work we do with partners to maintain and grow that lead.  If you enjoy being a subject matter expert who helps developers as they learn new environments, this will be a fun and challenging role for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners with technical questions that arise during their development work with our APIs

• Project manage integrations with partners

• Work with internal developers to create and maintain documentation

• Ensure partners have an excellent experience working with RemoteLock

• Work with Product team to create Support and Marketing materials

• Liaison between outside developers and internal engineering team

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supporting software developers

• Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol

• Strong written communication skills

• Project management of software development

• Customer focused with experience to prioritize multiple interrupts on the fly

• Experience in these areas is a plus but not required

  • Ruby

  • Liaison between Product team and outside developers

  • Setting up and managing partner portals

  • Writing tickets in Jira

Salary $100,000 - $125,000 Annually
