As a Mid-level Product Designer on the Innovation team,

You’ll be doing:

• Work in Figma to build product designs for the Innovation team
• 80% of the work is product design (paper doll, wireframe, low-fi, hi-fi designs) / 20% will be graphic design
• You need to work fast with an eye on iterative improvement towards a vision
• You are competent working with Product Management to get the “why” right
• You are happy working 1:1 with Engineers to flush out all the edge cases 
• You are a team player working with our Core product design team ensure consistency cross platform
• Sometimes we will need hi-fidelity and sometimes you will hold up a paper sketch on a Zoom call to help and Engineer over the finish line

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience UX and UI design skills
• You are an expert in Figma or Sketch
• You are keen on Storybook
• Web and mobile
• Ability to reduce complexity
