To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of a hardworking Manager to lead our Product and Services business. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative approach to fill them and will be responsible for crafting the business strategy, execution, and P&L of our Prologis Essentials.

We are seeking a leader who is passionate about delivering wide-ranging products and service offerings to benefit the evolving needs of our customer's business. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to craft, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Prologis Essentials is our business line that is passionate about helping our customers with needs outside of the real estate. To date, we have established lighting, solar, material handling, and warehouse services divisions with many additional product offerings on the horizon. Our products are crafted to contribute in such a way that our offer is unbeatable by competitors.

What’s needed in order to do that:

  • Develop and execute overall business plan for the Essentials Product and Services division including:

  • Define and develop sales strategy: value propositions, sales channel strategy, customer segment strategies, and delivery of products to those customers

  • Define and maintain economics, per product category, and per product to include: cost, price, rationale for pricing each service, revenue, margins, and total opportunity size ..

  • Provided quarterly revenue forecasts and assumptions, risks and strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Build and implement standard methodologies to improve pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork.

  • Lead evolution of new product offerings based on customer feedback and field input to find opportunities for additional business growth.

  • Be responsible for the launch and rollout of the various products and services including cross-function collaboration with other departments and the field offices.

  • Lead vendor-partner relationships including onboarding, ensuring high level of performance in adherence to Prologis standards, fast resolution of issues, and overall relationships.

  • Partner with the sales team to provide product-specific support including value propositions, tool kits and talking points.

  • 5-10 years experience in business line building and product rollout, ideally around recurring services and products .

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or Economics.

  • Confirmed understanding of economic and financial concepts in handling product lines.

  • Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into measurable and impactful plans.

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast pace environment with strong interpersonal, process, and communication skills.

  • Strong project management skill and the ability to prioritize multiple partners over a large geography.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and strong desire to deliver results.

  • Strong financial acuity with shown success and consistency in achieving targeted goals.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

  • A general understanding of Industrial Real Estate and an understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project); Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Collaborative and consultative approach with outstanding communication skills. (verbal and written)

Target base compensation range of: $93,000 - $120,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
