You will be responsible for the Lender Experience team and will bring our first feature in that space to market. You will own the roadmap, requirements, and product strategy to drive lender adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction for the Lender product to hit our company’s go-to-market goals. In addition, you will manage the Product Managers of other pods within the Lender Product Area and will help coach, grow and empower team members. You will contribute to day-to-day product processes, cross-functional collaboration, and help us continue to improve as a product organization.
We are looking for a Product leader with 7+ years in Product Management and 3+ years of experience coaching and mentoring teams with a number of those years building roadmaps in core areas for SaaS products. You have strong business acumen and will be able to understand the needs of the company and how to prioritize roadmaps to drive success. You have a clear and concise communication style and are especially articulate in front of customers. Your organization skills are top notch and you are comfortable with keeping track of multiple work streams and roadmaps across teams. Empathy is your north star value and you have a strong focus on understanding our users and customer pain points. Lastly, you are a self starter and you strive to proactively identify problems and solutions to build world class products.
