Manager, Product Management - Content
As a Manager of Product management for our Content solutions, you will be responsible for the complete Product Lifecycle and commercial enablement including defining the long-term product roadmap, solution scope, and making it a reality. You will lead a team of Product Managers and / or Technical Product Managers, providing strategic and operational direction, motivation, technical support, and guidance. The Manager, Product Management will work with a cross-disciplinary team including peers from user experience, engineering, data operations, commercial, and customer delivery to iteratively make improvements a reality. While managing efforts to support current Content customers, you will also help to define product strategy, test new ideas with users, prioritize the next set of features, articulate their value, and measure software usability and engagement levels.The successful candidate is simultaneously strategic and detail-oriented, with a strong presence in front of customers and senior management. They also share a passion for building and delivering a market-leading, web-based solution use to transform healthcare.Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver on the vision and long-term scope of GHX's Content solutions in alignment with corporate strategy to drive product growth and customer satisfaction objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and users and how our customers engage with our products to achieve their intended business results through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Gather feedback and analyze engagement metrics to iteratively improve the product
- Understand the market landscape including competition, technology, and how the product fits within the broader ecosystem
- Understand GHX's business strategy and operational constraints to ensure product improvements meet company objectives
- Develop and drive execution against the product roadmap from concept, through market launch, to end of life
- Mobilize the organization cross-functionally to ensure product-specific business objectives are met
Key Duties
- Manage the product roadmap for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and cross-domain and cross-functional interdependencies
- Guide execution of the roadmap throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with development, sales & marketing, solutions delivery and others to ensure product success
- Gather and prioritize requirements and translate them into concise user stories
- Collect and organize feedback on market needs from internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and assess opportunities for product enhancements and new product introduction within the portfolio
- Work with engineering, data operations, and data visualization teams to make product concepts a reality in software
- Support direct reports in their career development and successful execution of duties
- Able and willing to travel approximately 20% of time
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience mobilizing cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, client services, sales & marketing). Quick to gain credibility with peers across the organization
- Demonstrated willingness to roll up the sleeves and drive projects to completion
Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years' experience in product management or equivalent experience iteratively solving problems for customers including leadership experience, either leading dedicated indirect teams or direct reports
- Experience successfully defining and managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Experience managing a data-intensive or analytical product. Knowledge of how to work with complex, messy data sets and present to users in logical workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business or a technology-related field
- Experience in healthcare technology
- Experience in supply chain technology
- Certifications in relevant product management and development methodologies
Estimated Salary range for this position: $90,825 - $127,050The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
