Zoom Rooms is the flagship offering for conference rooms and workspaces from Zoom. Within Zoom Rooms, Zoom Rooms for Touch are large form factor touch screen devices used for visual collaboration. Within the Zoom Rooms product team, the Zoom Rooms Whiteboard Product Manager will be responsible to drive the roadmap for persistent, cloud-based visual collaboration on Zoom Rooms for Touch. 

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and define the roadmap for Zoom’s cloud whiteboard

• Analyze competitive offerings to inform your strategy taking into consideration the features, positioning, commercial offers and Zoom’s long term objectives 

• Own the roadmap for Zoom products through the product lifecycle: visioning with stakeholders, breaking down the vision into product releases, driving with Zoom engineering teams through delivery, working with marketing to promote solutions

• Drive the go to market strategy for the whiteboard product, including competitive positioning, pricing, and sales enablement

• Collaborate with the broader Zoom product, design and engineering teams to deliver compelling solutions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software product management in the unified communications and collaboration space

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s / MBA highly preferred

• Proficiency in product lifecycle management processes and tools

• Ability to operate independently with general direction

• Executive communication skills both verbally and in writing

• Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
