Lead Product Manager, Phone Partnerships
As a Lead Product Manager, you will develop scalable UCaaS product solution and integration capabilities to onboard Zoom’s global strategic and reseller partners. You will be the “Voice of Partner” inside the Product & Engineering organization, and develop requirements to address the needs of Partners & our joint customers. You will closely work with strategic partners to launch an integrated & differentiated solution that delivers happiness to our joint customers. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to review business/contractual terms, develop pricing & packaging, develop integration guide to onboard partners with Zoom’s UCaaS offerings by enabling seamless ordering/billing/transport integrations.
Your goal is to reduce friction from the partner onboarding process and scale partner programs to accelerate revenue growth via channel. You will collaborate with product (line) managers to introduce new product offers, and maintain product parity across direct and indirect channels.
Responsibilities:
You will build partner onboarding playbook & integration model
You will develop use cases and requirements to build APIs for integrations
You will be an expert in all aspects of Zoom product and platform
You will closely work with partners to go to market and develop joint roadmap
You will execute complex integration projects flawlessly by closely collaborating with partners
You will drive solution design by closely working with engineering & DevOps
You will maintain and execute a roadmap for partners
You will closely align with BD and Channel teams to set partner expectations
You will communicate with executive team on progress, plans, and issues
Requirements:
10+ years of product management or product development experience
Working experience with strategic partners
Working experience Cloud Communications and Collaborations industry
Expertise in Cloud PBX
Ability to write strong user stories and product specifications
Cross-functional leadership and strong internal drive
A bias for action and ability to build internal champions across the organization
Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Demonstrate data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with development tools (e.g. Jira)
Bonus:
OSS/BSS integration experience is a plus
Experience on Data Privacy/GDPR/Data Residency is a plus
