Zoom is the ultimate communications platform for collaborative work whether remote, hybrid, or in-person. One key aspect of this, is the ability to build apps and integrations through extensible APIs and a robust Marketplace. With that, we are seeking a Group Product Manager with extensive API and Marketplace experience, building and integrating 3rd party collaboration software at scale. In this role, the Marketplace and Integrations Group Product Manager will have a unique combination of deep technical backend understanding, balanced with customer empathy, strong execution capability, a track record of building strong business partnerships, and delivering impactful business results. You will have the opportunity to lead other Product Managers, as well as business stakeholders, on scaling Zoom's ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Strategize, define, and execute the Zoom Marketplace and APIs roadmap.
• Drive Zoom's work with strategic partners to build end-to-end integrations for Zoom's cloud-based communications services.
• Motivate and manage a team of Product Managers over the Marketplace, APIs and Integrations areas.
• Define key performance indicators and continuously measure performance of metrics.
• Drive partnerships with end-users and developers to build a best in class partner ecosystem.
• Evangelize and promote the Zoom Marketplace and developer platform with external customers and partners.
• Partner with Engineering to create a robust and scalable platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering API products, with ability to clearly articulate end-to-end processes.
• Experience in building integrations with Enterprise SaaS and/or collaboration software.
• Solid real-time communications expertise; deep knowledge of API best practices, backend platform and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of auth models, permission scopes, rate limits, and other critical platform components.
• 10+ years of experience excelling in a B2B or B2C SaaS engineering or product management role.
• Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, a fast-paced environment, and agile enough to pivot as needed.
• Ability to articulate complex technical information in digestible presentation for all non-technical parties involved.
• knowledge or experience building services with privacy and security compliance in mind.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field requires.
