Group Product Manager

Why this role
At Evolve, Group Product Managers help craft the vision of their product area, and lead a team of product managers and their products to deliver against that vision. You’ll be expected to bring creativity, experience, and a sense of urgency to drive key product growth initiatives forward. This leadership role within a young product organization allows you to make a large impact on the trajectory and culture of the team.
What you’ll do
- Be given a high level set of outcomes to ultimately craft a product area around, hire product managers for, and execute projects against
- Provide context and strategic direction for the Product teams within one of our dedicated product areas, which are focused around our various customer types (Guest, Owner, Partner, Evolver)
- Roll up your sleeves to contribute to the product development process, giving you the opportunity to provide examples and mentorship opportunities to your team
- Assists the Director of Product in creating and maintaining the greater Evolve product vision and strategy by providing insights, learnings, and roadmap from your product area
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach Product Managers, fostering their career growth and product management mastery
- Bachelor's degree required
- Detailed knowledge of common product management techniques and the ability to coach and mentor teams of product managers
- Credibility to drive alignment from multiple product teams and business teams on company wide initiatives
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers and engineering leadership
Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $136,000 to $156,000, depending on relevant experience.
