WHO YOU ARE:
Are you an analytical thinker wanting to reimagine the REI experience in a SaaS environment? Do you want to put your fingerprint on a highly innovative product that will change our customer’s every-day lives? Are you a strategic leader with the practical skills necessary to manage the long-term vision down to actionable short-term action?
As Privy’s Product Manager, you are the leader of the Product department, reporting directly to the CEO and guiding the success of the Privy software. You will lead the cross-functional teams responsible for product improvements and features, managing the timelines, budgets and hiring of multiple departments. You will set the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of Privy while overseeing budgets, forecasting and, with support from our CFO, the P&L of the department.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a best-in-class product with seamless usability
Plan the Why, When and What with data-supported decisions
Cultivate deep product expertise through market analysis and research to deliver a product vision that is differentiated and exceeds our customer expectations
Work cross-functionally as a strategic leader between dev, ops, marketing, sales and customer success from Concept to Launch
Own the roadmap of the product, prioritizing most important tasks to accomplish to achieve overarching strategic goals and initiatives
Own the process of generating, developing and curating new ideas, which ideas should be pushed to achieve objectives and when they should be pushed
Define the release process, coordinating all activities to bring each new launch to market
Create appropriate feedback loops to ensure success of new launches
Prioritize features, making tough tradeoff decisions based on the value-add to our customer base
Bridge any company gaps and align all teams involved to release on time and within budget
Strong understanding of gamification to enhance user experience
Develop and execute strategic product plans and processes for both computer and mobile users
Work in an Agile environment in a close-knit team with a can-do attitude
Lead people and initiatives confidently, creating and documenting processes along the way and with a continuous improvement mindset
Be an empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders
Work autonomously and with a team seamlessly and with attention to detail to drive results
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in team management including training, action plan development and resource deployment
5+ years experience in
Product Management for an Enterprise Saas subscription model in an agile environment
Highly-scalable Software Solutions with an emphasis on data implementation
Concept to Launch with strong Project Management ability
Roadmap - Requirements - Customer Journey
User Cases - Market Research - Strategy
Customer Demos - Features - Design Goals
Gamification of a SaaS platform
Experience in a startup environment, developing an entire division and its processes from the ground up, documenting processes with a continuous improvement mindset
Advanced analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making
Budgeting abilities to leverage funds and create forecasting models
Bachelor's Degree in related field

Background and/or strong interest in Real Estate or Real Estate Investing preferred
