We’re looking for a curious, dedicated, and thoughtful Director of Product to help us define product strategy and process at Bonusly. Your deep experience and collaborative approach will contribute to key processes, cross-functional relationships, and the culture of the organization. Your intuition and focus will help shape an experience that customers love. This position is based in our Boulder headquarters and reports to the CEO.

What you’ll do: 
* Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for our customers and partners 
* Establish effective, scalable product development processes and practices as the organization continues to grow and evolve 
* Define and prioritize a clear and compelling product roadmap that aligns with business goals 
* Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other partner teams to create and launch new products and features; structure and lead effective processes and meetings to keep everyone on track 
* Utilize data to evaluate the impact of new features post-launch, uncover new opportunities, and identify areas for improvement 
* Conduct user research and testing, write user stories, and communicate insights to partner teams 
* Communicate plans, progress, and impact to a diverse set of partners, incorporating feedback where appropriate

Qualifications you have: 
* 5+ years experience in product management; at least 2 years with an enterprise/SaaS tech product in a senior role 
* You empathize with users and work to understand their underlying processes, goals and pain points 
* Proven ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally 
* You love to use data to uncover insights and craft impactful narratives 
* Experience designing and implementing scalable processes that get results 
* Deep curiosity that drives you to become an expert on our market, customers, and partners
