DHI’s mission is to build the best niche career marketplaces, including Dice.com, eFinancialCareers.com, and ClearanceJobs.com, connecting qualified tech professionals to employers who seek them.

We’re looking for an energetic product leader with experience delivering large, strategic ad tech/performance marketing products. You’ll guide several teams across the business to transform how our customers engage and attract the best talent using pay-for-performance ad technologies, from concept through go-to-market delivery. As an extraordinary communicator, you’ll work in Agile fashion with technology, product marketing, sales, finance, customer service and other product peers to translate the product concepts into reality.

You’ll test and learn to reduce risk along the way, while tracking the overall achievements that need to come together for a successful launch. Once launched, you’ll continue to lead us to iterate and improve the product to reach its full potential and market share, boosting the value and experience we deliver, growing into more channels, and increasing efficiency.

  • Set vision and strategy for product evolution, monitoring market trends to maintain product differentiation. Drive improvements through informative experiments, A/B testing and MVP mindset en route to scalable solutions.
  • Work with Product Marketing, UX to do market research and competitive analysis. Analyze data, gain insights, interpret and respond to changes.
