Position Summary:

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for leading the evolution and monitoring of the product roadmap for the company, as well as identifying and validating new capabilities that will deliver value to Registria, our clients and consumers.

Individual Opportunity:

The individual will have the opportunity both to heavily influence the direction of Registria (and our clients) as well as to lead and continue building the product management capability within the company. The role will report directly into the Managing Director has a very attractive career trajectory. This person will:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of UX and Design.
  • Gather input from various internal and external stakeholders for the product roadmap.
  • Maintain an ongoing list of desired features and capabilities to add to the product set.
  • Validate the desired product capabilities, and with key internal Stakeholders and using relevant tools, rank and prioritize those desired capabilities.
  • Develop the necessary detail for engineering to execute on the roadmap and, working with the engineering team, monitor the progress of the roadmap and conduct quarterly (at minimum) post-mortems.
  • Support the Sales and Services teams, including presenting to and collaborating with clients.
  • Own the pricing strategy and implementation.
  • Identify, research and validate key opportunities to add to the Registria offering.

Experience/Skills Desired:

Minimum of 5 years in a product manager role at a software company required, ideally SaaS or enterprise software. Must have been part of an agile development environment.  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. MBA preferable.

  • Mastery of product management skills, such as gathering and prioritizing input, in a cloud-based, SaaS environment.
  • Significant understanding of agile processes and how to use them effectively.
  • Facile with Confluence and Jira. Compensation and Benefits

  • Experience working on multi-platform products, including web, mobile and desktop endpoints.
  • Experience coordinating product development cycles and software development schedules.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology, web services and back-end application workflows.
  • Experience working on integration with various social networking and messaging platforms.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience managing a small team.
