This role also leads the Security Product Team and drives the standardization and adoption of best practices to span the entire product lifecycle. Our Directors of Product possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, with a big picture vision and a drive to execute and make that vision a reality. This role is responsible for advancing the product vision and working closely with Development, QA, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, Finance and Customer Success to ensure our product goals are met. This role is also responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including market research, defining strategic initiatives, gathering requirements from all product stakeholders (i.e. customers and internal partners), and validating / prioritizing those requirements through data driven decisions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advance your product vision and clearly articulate how FS Secure will win in the marketplace
- Drive regular reporting and own all requisite KPIs to ensure success of your product
- Spearhead competitive analyses to gain deep insight into market opportunities and threats
- Create, communicate and secure buy-in from all stakeholders on a product roadmap
- Plan and execute on the product lifecycle
- Lead, coach and mentor Product teammates to assume greater responsibilities over time
- Help identify, standardized and scale best practices within the organization
- Facilitate buy vs build decisions when options exist - manage vendors and costs when needed
- Establish and nurture partnerships to expand market reach and enhance the product portfolio
- Devise and execute go-to-market strategies – provide training team with data and information
- Collaborate with all internal functional departments to deliver maximum product performance
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Technology; MBA desirable
- 7 -10 years of experience of increasing Product responsibility, including Product Management
- Experience in delivering successful SaaS products
- Demonstrated leadership of and success in developing capabilities of Product Owners & BA's
- Understanding and fluency with Agile product delivery model
- Demonstrated success interacting with and managing customer relationships
- Track record of influencing others to achieve objectives
- Knowledge of the Property Technology industry would be a strong plus
REMOTE OPPORTUNITYThis role is eligible for remote work in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA and WI. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. Occasional meetings may be required in Denver headquarters.Benefits include the following:
