Data and AI Group Product Manager
As the Data and AI Group Product Manager, you will help people and businesses stay connected so they can get more done together. We’re constantly looking to improve the experience of our service. A key part of this effort is our continued investment to augment and transform our products through data, derived from the use of our platform by leveraging machine learning, data science and experimentation. Some key experiences you’ll deliver include automated meeting summary, auto-suggested action items, visual gesture detection, and usage forecasting.
We’re looking for a product leader to help drive these efforts and work with cross-functional teammates to deliver a world class data-centric platform. This individual believes that we can all make more data-informed decisions and has the vision on how to achieve that. You believe that when used correctly, data can unlock key insights and enable our customers to communicate more effectively. You strongly believe that we can do so with an ethical and equitable approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our product strategy in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Define success metrics and track progress against goals.
Foster a collaborative approach and help others adopt a data-centric culture across development teams.
Lead the creation of high performing, reliable and scalable data services and infrastructure that powers Zoom many products and services.
Establish a framework to access and analyze customer data while respecting an individual’s privacy and data governance.
Build an experimentation platform to enable multivariate feature flighting.
Work closely with developers and product managers to measure adoption and usage
Mentor and groom future data leaders.
Requirements:
10+ years of industry experience, 5+ years of experience as a manager
5+ years of related experience in applying machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning in commercial applications.
MS or PhD in technical disciple, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.
Familiarity with cloud-based AII solutions from major cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure is major plus.
