Customer Experience Representative is a very important position in our company. The most important “Story” that is told is the one that the Customer tells. We desire for our Customers to be our biggest Cheerleaders and the way that we best do that is to provide incredible value and an outstanding experience for our customers and community. This position will be expected to provide amazing customer service on different levels to all of our customers.

Onboarding New Customers: 

  •   New Customers. We have several different products and services that Customers can invest in. As we lay out our Customer Touch Point Plan this position will be responsible for following that plan, including welcoming all new customers with a phone call.  
  •   Reach Live. This is our big event that we do once a year/every other year. This position will be responsible for keeping our Reach Live Registration up to date and onboarding all Registrants to take the actions we need them to take.   

Responding to Customer Inquiries:

  •   Email & Phone management. The Customer Experience Representative will manage all incoming emails and other customer service emails that we have set up. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours.  
  •  Chat. We have a chat feature set up on our websites. The Customer Experience Representative will manage that during the business hours. They will not only respond to incoming chats but also maximize the chats by capturing people’s information and connecting them to the right people. 
  •  Facebook Community, BackStage Pass. Stay engaged in our Customer Community and help respond to any Customer inquiries in there. Help to Serve this Community. 

Requirements:

  •   Must live within a 2 hour drive from the Front Range area in Colorado
  •  This is a full time position (must have M-F 8-5 availability plus flexible weekend availability to work events and workshops)
  •  Ability to travel to Denver (at least) 2 times per month
