Zoom Rooms and Zoom Conference Room Connector are the premiere offerings for conference rooms and workspaces from Zoom. Zoom Rooms appliances and the Zoom Rooms open hardware ecosystem bring the innovation of Zooms to all of the physical spaces where people work. Zoom Conference Room Connector allows standards-based rooms systems to connect to the Zoom cloud.

Within the Zoom conference room product management team, the Conference Room Solutions Product Manager will be responsible for managing the features and quality of the Zoom Conference Room Connector, and work closely to drive cross-product improvements and integration initiatives for Zoom Rooms and other Zoom conferencing products. 

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and define criteria for engaging partners and customers to optimize Zoom experiences in the conference room and public spaces in the office

• Define and develop advanced enterprise-grade features for connecting standards-based endpoints to the Zoom cloud

• Own the roadmap for features in Zoom products that are specific to integrating standards-based hardware and drive through the product lifecycle: visioning with Zoom partners and customers, breaking down the vision into product releases, driving with Zoom engineering teams through delivery, working with marketing to cross promote joint solutions

• Work with third-party meeting vendors to define the cross-company, conference room integration strategy and feature set

• Educate the Zoom solutions engineers and sales teams on your product’s features and strategy

• Analyze competitive offerings to inform your strategy and the strategy of the software products that Zoom builds

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software product management, hardware experience required

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s / MBA highly preferred

• Proficiency in product lifecycle management processes and tools

• Ability to operate independently with general direction

• Executive communication skills both verbally and in writing

• Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
