We are seeking an individual committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients, properties, and vendors. As a Client Services Specialist, we expect you to thoroughly and efficiently service our clients while they are staying in company provided housing.
Responsibilities
· Assist in the upgrade of client services (i.e. cable/furniture)
· Negotiate positive outcomes with vendors for our clients when issues arise
· Politely & professionally resolve client issues to their satisfaction
· Determine the fastest and most cost efficient ways to resolve issues and displays exceptional follow-up skills
Works directly with property managers to identify the best available option for the client

Required Education & Experience:
· Associates degree or 4 years of experience is preferred.
