Client Services Specialist
We are seeking an individual committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients, properties, and vendors. As a Client Services Specialist, we expect you to thoroughly and efficiently provide service to our clients while they are staying in company provided housing.
Responsibilities:
- Politely & professionally resolve client issues to their satisfaction
- Determine the fastest and most cost-efficient way to resolve issues and display exceptional follow-up skills
- Establish and maintain relationships with regional vendors
- Negotiate positive outcomes with vendors for our clients when issues arise
- Work directly with property managers to identify the best available option for the client
- Assist in the upgrade of client services (i.e. cable/furniture)

Required Education & Experience:
- Associates degree or 4 years of experience is preferred.
