Client Services Specialist

We are seeking an individual committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients, properties, and vendors. As a Client Services Specialist, we expect you to thoroughly and efficiently provide service to our clients while they are staying in company provided housing.

Responsibilities:

• Politely & professionally resolve client issues to their satisfaction
• Determine the fastest and most cost-efficient way to resolve issues and display exceptional follow-up skills
• Establish and maintain relationships with regional vendors
• Negotiate positive outcomes with vendors for our clients when issues arise
• Work directly with property managers to identify the best available option for the client
• Assist in the upgrade of client services (i.e. cable/furniture)

Required Education & Experience:
