As a Client Engagement Specialist you will positively impact client relationships in a fast-paced, high growth company. Client Engagement Specialists play a key role in supporting the company’s efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients as it relates to software deployment, product/software adoption and engagement, client training, and complex Help Desk requests. 

 You Are:

• Comfortable in training clients on software UX

• Adept at relationship building and communication with clients.

• At home in a fast-paced, high growth environment and know how to get it done - whatever it may be - with a sense of urgency.  

You Can Expect To:

• Support clients and users of Engrain’s TouchTour software as a member of the Client Engagement department, working under the direction of the Director of Client Engagement

• You will work closely with the product development team to understand how new and existing features can benefit product users 

• Track software delivery details, user accounts and client contacts using existing project management software, CRM and product applications 

• Conduct virtual product training for clients at the time of software delivery and upon request

• Lead product training webinars

• Facilitate routing client requests through to the appropriate departments to ensure issues, revisions, or new requests are addressed efficiently and to the highest standards 

• Quality assurance of delivered work: proofread, review functionality and design, and test technology prior to confirming resolution with client 

• Collaborate with internal teams to create/update training and product documentation as directed by leadership

• Manage data integrity using existing CRM and product applications 

• Execute campaigns designed to support engagement and renewal as directed by leadership

• Provide other assistance as needed in support of the company’s efforts to maintain and enhance relationships with clients 

Candidate Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Comfortable and familiar with training users on how to navigate/use new software

• Adeptness in managing the details of multiple tasks in multiple phases at once.

• Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a fast-paced business climate. 

• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines for a large volume of projects while paying strict attention to detail.  

• Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal. 

• Able to think and act proactively.

• Experience with multifamily or other real estate software a plus.
