In this newly created position, you will be helping the systems & operations team identify workflow, processes and use cases as we scale the organization . You are a system thinker that is excited by technology and can visualize the most efficient path to the desired outcome. You are early in your career but have some solid work experience with enterprise apps as a business analyst. This role is still evolving so we are looking for someone adventurous and adaptable to join our team. Interested?

Some of the work that needs to be done:

• Supporting the delivery of quality solutions, applications, and services for our internal users through efficient, high-value releases
• Working closely with your team and across the orgnazation to define specifications, use cases and actionable stories for projects
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and QA teams to build and validate solutions including conducting research to validate proposed solutions
• Developing and delivering expert product training and support
• Continuously seeking new ways to improve our systems and help us work productively

Your experience might include:

• S/BA in computer science or a related field
• 3 years’ experience as a business analyst in a technology driven company
• Comfortable working directly with internal stakeholders of varying technical competency
• Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle uncharted territory
• Wildly passionate about technology – high degree of technical agility that comes easy to you
• Creative problem solver and logical thinker with the ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
• Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
