Cloud Elements is looking for a Product Analyst to define and drive best practice for integrating enterprise applications. This role is critical to help our product, engineering and delivery teams build cohesive data and application integration use cases across common enterprise scenarios - such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Hire-to-Retire.

Responsibilities

  • Build a “go to market” plan for the product to hand off to the development team.

  • Research new end-points and learn on the fly how the API’s work and how an integration would solve a business problem.

  • Work across all functional areas at Cloud Elements to develop sound business processes and identify shared (canonical) data resources that can be mapped to multiple applications.

  • Be the subject matter expert for customer projects, by helping design the flow of critical business data through multiple applications. This may include assessing and planning integration to new applications for the Cloud Elements catalog.

  • Understand the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and processes commonly used by our customers, from gathering and documenting requirements to implementation and handling ongoing improvements to them.

  • Documentation of processes, applications, and integrations used; educate users on the best practices of these processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise integration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Good understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Comfortable interpreting API documentation of cloud and on-prem applications, and know basic programming logic and SQL.
  • Understanding of ERP and other enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle EBS, NetSuite, etc).
