We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Community & Accounting team. The Product team fuels product quality and engagement by representing the voice of the user. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for communicating product status and documenting and evaluating product requirements of FRONTSTEPS products. You will work directly with Product Owners, and Engineering Leads accountable for those products, drive down bug counts, and shape product direction with user feedback. You will also interact highly with UI/UX Designers, communicating known issues, and evaluating and improving the product. This is a full-time position based in our Denver office.
Job Responsibilities:
Acquire detailed level of requirements from stakeholders and/or customers.
Develop user stories for the engineering team.
Develop and maintain product backlog.
Clearly communicate the business requirements to team members.
Manage coordination efforts with UX/UI team to build solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Serve as product owner for troubleshooting customer issues related to partnerships.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and business leaders into product iterations.
Work with the sales and support team as the subject matter expert.
Job Qualifications:
Demonstrable technical acumen, including ability to write user stories.
Demonstrate business acumen and ability to communicate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong understanding of customer / product interactions.
Expert in translating customer business problems, objectives and challenges into value added solutions and services.

Demonstration of creative thinking.
Desire and curiosity to dig deep into customer experiences.
Experience in Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-past environment.
