Hiring rate/range: $62,000-$85,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Summary/Objective:
The Travelers Haven Product team is looking for an Associate Product Manager (APdM) who will help deliver customer-centric features that provide significant value to our Customers. We are looking for a builder, problem solver, and innovator who is resourceful and has a bias for action. The APdM should be able to think strategically, operate tactically daily, maintain relationships throughout the business, and stay true to our core values.
Daily, the APdM will assist the Head of Product in delivering features on the Product Roadmap. In doing so, the APdM is expected to be able to drive end-to-end feature development, from ideation to delivery, with minimal supervision while also maintaining good relationships with stakeholders throughout the business. The APdM will ultimately own their own feature delivery and/or experiences within a Customer Journey, and all associated KPIs and performance metrics.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end development of features on the Product Roadmap
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, data, market research, and meetings
- Conduct competitive research and analysis on new and existing features
- Partner with stakeholders to understand current Customer Journeys in order to identify business problems and gaps, define new feature requests, and gather all business requirements
- Ability to strategically define the MVP and any future iterations of a feature
- Work directly with the Engineering team to refine features, define technical requirements, and ensure quality assurance of new features
- Be a product evangelist and work with stakeholders to create go-to-market plans that drive adoption for new features
- Manage and influence the KPIs of a Customer Journey and the performance of past feature delivery through new feature development or iterative development
- Effectively and proactively communicate with stakeholders and leaders throughout the business

Required Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in a technology, business related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in a business analyst or product related role
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience in Agile Methodologies and the SDLC
- Familiar with Human-Centered Design
- Experience bringing new products to market driven by value and user feedback
- Knowledge of product development and management, requirements and competitive analysis, and strategy pricing and planning
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others
- Customer focus and data-oriented personality
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
