About the Associate Product Manager Program (APM) 

Alteryx’s Associate Product Manager (APM) Program provides opportunities for those looking to apply their passion of delivering solutions to customers & building innovative products. This will be an immersive 18-month rotational program where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and more to help shape the future of a data-driven world. As an APM, you will get direct exposure to leadership to learn how our business is run, work with a formal mentor to support you in building your career, and be able to participate in tailored trainings and events. Our program will be a hybrid experience to ensure that you are able to connect both virtually and, when feasible, on site with your colleagues.

This application is for our July 2022 Start Date, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until October 15, 2021.

As an Associate Product Manager at Alteryx you will:  

• Help translate Alteryx’s strategic vision into product initiatives that solve real customer problems  

• Analyze current customer experiences to identify pain points and create plans to mitigate areas of friction  

• Create and maintain a product roadmap for a high-value product initiative  

• Define product requirements and collaborate with designers and developers to design, develop, and test new products and features  

• Work cross-functionally to enable Alteryx’s go-to-market teams as they deliver new functionality to customers  

• Gain a network of mentors, peers, and colleagues to grow your career as a Product Manager 

Required Skills  

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in STEM, Business or related field degree/background 

• Ability to start a full-time position starting Summer 2022 

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future 

Desired Skills 

• Prior product and/or entrepreneurial experiences with a customer-facing software product  

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and recommend solutions using data 

• Demonstrated success building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with people at varied levels in an organization 

• Natural curiosity and a growth mindset 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience with data research & analytics, and other technical concepts
