About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing digital product team and play a key role in building and scaling a new D2C product. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-impact digital experiences, working in fast-paced environments, and driving product success from ideation to execution. The ideal person for this role will have a strong background in digital product management, be highly data-driven, and thrive in remote, cross-functional teams. If you love taking ownership, balancing strategy with execution, and iterating based on real user feedback, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Work closely with engineering and growth teams to ensure efficient product delivery in an Agile environment.

  • Use data and customer insights to validate decisions, track key metrics, and continuously optimize the product.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and user engagement.

  • Communicate product goals, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.

  • Ensure tasks are clear to the engineers and keep the board clear and up-to-date.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for D2C digital products, ideally in SaaS.

  • Strong ability to turn business challenges into product opportunities with clear execution plans.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and product management tools (Linear, Jira, Plane, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and defining success metrics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote-first teams.

  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have
  • Experience in legal tech, accounting tech, or document management.

  • Background in performance marketing or growth-driven product development.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
