Who You Are

You’re a curious thinker who doesn’t settle for “that’s how we’ve always done it.” You like to poke at the process, ask “why,” and explore smarter, faster, more creative ways to get things done. Reporting directly to our CTO, you’ll be a key part of the R&D team—helping shape how we work together, scale, and collaborate as we grow. You love building systems that actually work—boosting clarity, reducing friction, and helping everyone move forward with purpose.

You know how to make data not just readable, but useful. Whether you're surfacing insights to drive product strategy or helping teams align through transparent reporting, you're fluent in turning numbers into action.

You’re also a translator—the kind who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teammates without breaking a sweat. People count on you to keep projects on track, communicate clearly, and follow through. You balance independent ownership with team collaboration like a pro.

Most importantly, you bring a product-first mindset, lead with empathy, and genuinely care about building something that matters. At the end of the day, you’re here to help us live out our purpose: empowering anyone to bring people together.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Product leadership to uncover and drive improvements that streamline and strengthen the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop, launch, and continuously refine operational initiatives that elevate how Product teams collaborate and deliver—such as roadmap alignment, release planning, goal-setting systems, and beta program coordination.
  • Empower product teams with insights that drive smart prioritization—identifying trends, streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and ensuring the customer voice is reflected throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Orchestrate smooth, cross-functional product launches by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, running early access programs, and overseeing rollout execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
  • Build structured feedback loops and reporting mechanisms that help teams assess what’s working, where to iterate, and how to improve—delivering clarity through dashboards, analysis, and quarterly insights.
  • Create scalable systems, tools, and workflows that improve the efficiency of product development and strengthen cross-functional alignment across teams.
What You’ve Done Before
  • Proven experience designing and scaling systems, tools, and workflows that improve product development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar strategic role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • A systems thinker with a bias for action—able to spot inefficiencies, build frameworks, and implement solutions that scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to drive initiatives forward across multiple teams and stakeholders with clarity and focus.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator—comfortable presenting ideas, driving alignment, and navigating both strategic and tactical conversations.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams, ideally with exposure to product development cycles, go-to-market launches, and customer feedback loops.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excited by the challenge of building programs from the ground up.
Additional Details About This Contract-to-Hire Role
  • Contract Duration: The initial contract term is expected to last 3–6 months. You’ll start as a full-time contractor, with the potential to convert to a full-time employee based on mutual interest, business needs, and performance.
  • Remote-First: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the U.S.
  • Path to Conversion: A transition to full-time employment may be considered based on performance, mutual interest, and business needs.
  • Support & Onboarding: Contractors are onboarded with intention and supported by our team to ensure a strong start, whether for the length of the contract or beyond.
