Hi, we're The Browser Company 👋 and we're building a better way to use the internet.
Browsers are unique in that they are one of the only pieces of software that you share with your parents as well as your kids. Which makes sense, they're our doorway to the most important things — through them we socialize with loved ones, work on our passion projects, and explore our curiosities. But on their own, they don’t actually do a whole lot, they’re kind of just there. They don’t help us organize our messy lives or make it easier to compose our ideas. We believe that the browser could do so much more — it can empower and support the amazing things we do on the internet. That’s why we’re building one: a browser that can help us grow, create, and stay curious.
To accomplish this lofty task, we’re building a diverse team of people from different backgrounds and experiences. This isn’t optional, it’s crucial to our mission, as we need a wide range of perspectives to challenge our assumptions and shape our browser through a bold, creative lens. With that in mind, we especially encourage women, people of color, and others from historically marginalized groups to apply.
We spend the majority of our waking lives at work, inside a browser. For many of us, that means an “enterprise” browser required by our job — too often, built only to pass IT checklists, forgetting the person at the keyboard. Not Dia. We’re building Dia to be the most secure and most enjoyable browser, one that keeps your and your company’s data safe while helping you feel more productive and proud of your work.
As the Product Lead for Enterprise at The Browser Company, your mission is exactly this – to turn Dia into the AI browser that CISOs confidently approve, and that teams love and trust. We're looking for someone excited to challenge every aspect of how enterprise software is built—from the assumption that security and experience are mutually exclusive, to the belief that iteration cycles can't be as fast as a startup product team.
Overall You Will:Lead Dia to win the Enterprise browser market.
Make Dia Enterprise-ready: lead discovery on customer needs, stand up an autonomous team to ship new enterprise surfaces (admin, policy, access controls), operationalize pilots and rollouts, partner with Security and Legal to ensure our posture meets customer expectations without sacrificing craft.
Own a head‑to‑head plan to win: meet Enterprise requirements while differentiating with consumer‑grade craft and network‑effect features that make teams more productive with shared context; driving adoption and credible momentum to the CISO.
Drive enterprise growth by partnering with Atlassian GTM (acting as our named point of contact for Sales, Marketing and CSM) and by landing lighthouse customers where Dia already has density.
Create tight loops between Enterprise users and the core product team to turn signals into shippable improvements and measurable activation and expansion.
5+ years professional experience in Product Management with Enterprise SaaS, security and compliance exposure.
Comfortable in high-stakes contexts. You can walk into a CIO/CISO meeting with a large customer, confidently lead technical conversations on browser and AI security topics and build trust to displace entrenched incumbents.
Standout communicator and relationship‑builder. You enjoy meeting new people and creating compelling stories.
You have an eye for craft and can contribute to shipping high-craft user experiences.
You’re pragmatic, motivated by ambiguous problems, and excited to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles. You are eager to learn quickly and can work autonomously.
Most of our team are based in North American time zones and require that folks have 4+ hours of overlap time with team members in Eastern Time Zone.
Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The annual salary range for this role is $200,000-$260,000 USD. The actual salary offered will vary based on experience level and interview performance.
