Partner Commissions Analyst

The Partner Commission Analyst will oversee the commission process for RingCentral’s Partner Program and assist in partner contract management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive toward measurable goals. Through superior analytical and communication skills, he/she will ensure Partners are paid accurately and efficiently. This person will also possess a solid understanding of utilizing systems and tools to create strong operational processes and look for innovative solutions to increase accuracy and automation. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing data, providing insightful analysis, and consistently looking to drive programmatic improvements.
Must Have:
Act as the primary point of contact for calculating and answering inquiries on commissions for our RingCentral Partners
Distribute commission statements, coordinate data flow, and process the monthly commission run
Prepare and provide insights on the monthly executive-level commission analysis
Maintain and manage contracts with all RingCentral Partners
Perform and document controls & SOX compliance in partnership with internal and external auditors
Provide commission onboarding to strategic partners
Interface with internal finance, accounting, collections, legal, and partner sales teams to manage commissions program
Qualifications:
Ability to travel up to 15%
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Operations, or Commissions
Knowledge of SaaS products and indirect sales operations
Experience working cross functionally and independently
Strong knowledge of SalesForce.com (SFDC), Anaplan, and BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau) are highly desirable
Strong Excel skills including complex formulas, functions, and PivotTables
Knowledge of DocuSign or Contract Lifecycle Management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage strict deadlines
Possess a strong attention to detail while operating in a highly dynamic environment

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $58,000.00 and $88,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
