Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic, innovative Paid Social Marketing Manager to project manage, develop, and execute paid social campaign strategies that drive profitability and incremental growth across our lines of business. You will manage a team at our media agency, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify offers and develop program extensions that will drive excitement among social partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze results and identify testing opportunities across all paid social platforms to scale performance and drive innovation across the upper, mid, and lower funnel
- Monitor creative performance to determine the need for net new and refreshed assets. Work with brand and creative teams to develop briefs for paid social ads
- Work with channel partners and agencies to create best practices and performance insights for creative teams to drive improvement and innovation in creative production
- Identify social media networks that align with the company's brand values and target audience, and support upper, mid, and low-funnel objectives; oversee external managed services team to recruit and onboard new channels; provide all necessary resources, guidelines, and support to effectively promote brand offerings
- Meet with channel partners on a weekly basis to review performance, value-add opportunities, and test plans
- Analyze the performance of social campaigns on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for measuring and reporting success; monitor KPIs including CPGA, CPA, incremental lift, CVRs, and CPCs
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies; introduce innovative marketing techniques to keep the company's affiliate program ahead of the curve
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field OR equivalent in direct experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing paid social marketing programs, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing social marketing platforms and/agencies, with a proven record of successful MoM improvement in acquisitions and CPGA efficiencies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills applied to building relationships, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts effectively
- Strong proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics
- Marketing and sales creativity applied to designing engaging content
- Proven ability to negotiate agreements; a high degree of proficiency with paid social tracking platforms, reporting tools, and marketing automation software is required
- Proven ability to manage and grow the paid social program for the DTC brand
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the retail wireless industry is a plus
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
