In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

SUMMARY

Yondr is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will ensure accurate order processing, facilitate seamless cross-functional communication, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Processing and Management: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely entry, tracking, and fulfillment.

  • Customer Support: Address inquiries regarding order status, discrepancies, and product availability, providing excellent service.

  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve order-related issues, including billing discrepancies, shipping delays, and returns.

  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update order databases, and generate reports on order trends and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

1–2 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, or a related operational support role.

  • Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive customer experience across all interactions.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively address issues and implement practical solutions quickly and efficiently.

  • Data Entry: Strong accuracy and speed in entering and managing order data.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tracking, documenting, and reviewing order information.

Job Location:
  • West LA/Venice office - this is a hybrid position and will require some in-office attendance each week
