Responsibilities
- Maintain, track and update project plan
- Interface with sales, operations and marketing teams on tasks related to implementation of key ECS strategic projects
- Keep various management abreast of potential issues related to key project tasks
- Assist in creation of training documentation
- Assist Sales Operations Management on special projects.
- Assist with documentation related to process improvement projects
Requirements & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in General Business/Management (Operations Management, IT, Business Management) - junior level preferred (earliest grad date of Dec 2018)
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (May or June through Mid-August; Available start dates: May 21, May 29, June 4, June 11. Earliest end date is August 17)
- 3.0 GPA or Higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented mindset
- Great communication and follow-through skills
- Great organizational skills
- Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous project work experience preferred
