We are seeking an experienced business operations manager to join our Zoom Phone global sales team to drive sales acceleration through high impact sales programs. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. The key areas of responsibility will include focus on increasing sales productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. This will involve being part of defining and facilitating what is the strategy, and what are the infrastructural and operational needs to execute on that strategy.


What You Will be Responsible for 

  • Responsible for leading projects to improve sales and operational efficiency and performance of the business. Includes setting targets every quarter, measuring metrics, seeing if the strategies put in place are working to deliver the outcomes expected.

  • Driving and leading high impact sales programs and initiatives to increase sales pipeline and revenue for Zoom Phone sales globally.

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product management, and operations), and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Work with other project managers and cross functional leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Business partner to sales leadership to develop program goals.

  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and creating analysis for business scenarios that aren’t clearly defined upfront and require iterative problem-solving approaches with client groups

What Makes You Qualified

  • BA/BS in business administration or related field and disciplines

  • 8-10+ years of business operations and/or program management experience

  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company a plus

  • Experience using CRM Software, BI Tools and Google Applications

  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solving

  • Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with business leaders.

  • Effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change.
