RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create websites from customized WordPress templates for Zen Planner customers
  • Collaborate with WordPress Developer to maintain websites, including, but not limited to, plugin testing, plugin updates, SSL installation, DB cloning, migration between multiple multi-site environtments
  • Use Photoshop, basic HTML and CSS, and WordPress to modify themes, pages, and page elements
  • Proofread & edit website content as needed or as directed by customer
  • Update digital media on customer’s websites, editing images if necessary
  • Respond to tickets regarding text & image changes for existing customer websites
  • Ensure websites are completed and launched within a set timeframe  
  • Collaborate with the Zen Planner Customer Success Team to provide excellent customer service to website customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience with Wordpress (preferably with Avada)
  • Experience in a multi-site environment, including but not limited to:
    • Plugin testing and updates
    • SSL Installation
    • DB Cloning
    • Migration between multiple multi-site environments
  • Experience in a WPEngine environment - Production and Staging
  • High level understanding of HTML, CSS, FTP, SSH
  • Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.
  • Work with database-driven websites using PHP / MySql
  • Experience in phpMyAdmin
  • Experience creating conversion-driven websites for small businesses
  • Computer and software skills for efficient research, documentation, and information management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively and independently manage complex and/or difficult client situations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Bachelors Degree, preferred

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Passion for fitness or sports: i.e. Crossfit, Zumba, Martial Arts, or Yoga
  • Prior experience using member management software
