Web Dev Lead
Zoom is looking for an experienced Web Development / Program Manager to join our Marketing organization. As the Web Dev / Program Manager, you will help manage, prioritize and move web marketing requests forward. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable and thrives on completing projects.
What we’re looking for
Manage new website requests ranging from full redesigns to daily and weekly updates.
Manage timelines and cross-team interlocks across the web roadmap
Capture and forecast resources needed to deliver projects against team capacity
Updating and managing site cookies (compliance, cookies, disclaimers and localization as needed)
Conduct project discussions with team members and stakeholders and transform high-level requirements into project plans, design briefs, and development tickets
Support web development team and strategists with project planning, process documentation, weekly status updates
Host weekly and other meetings with team and project leads connected to the web roadmap
Establish web projects scope by discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters.
Create documentation, slides, and other artifacts to communicate web roadmap status, remove blockers, and scope changes
Be the web development point of contact for business stakeholders and consult on web capabilities and limitations (cookies, analytics, testing, personalization etc)
Experience
4+ years experience as a web project/program manager
Experience in a large, growing SaaS company is preferred.
Hands-on experience with WordPress (or other CMS), web analytics and A/B testing tools
Experience with agile / scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and coordinating QA and User Acceptance Testing
Experience with project, issue tracking, and version control software
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and changing requirements
Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player with high attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
Understand design, business and web development requirements
